I mean come on, why the fuck am I going to donate money to a charity that is throwing the Doctor Who Christmas Special at me? I gave the spare change I had the other day to a collector for the NSPCC. Good charity, the awareness that they raise doesn't feature embarrassingly-scripted skits from popular shows. Hey did you know that Merlin is a really popular show on Saturdays? Don't forget Hollyoaks now, that's on too. What a great idea, they're paying to watch this anyway, let's show them what they're getting! Here you go you fucking morons; pledge a fiver to charity. Just make sure you stay tuned when we need the cash eh? I didn't donate last night out of principle. My money for disadvantaged children will still go to the freezing volunteer on the street corner who hasn't lost sight of what charity really is.
