I like it!

I really like your visual style in this, and the animation was incredibly smooth. If this is your first flash over 1 minute then your future work will be very tidy indeed.

There's room for improvement:- at times it looked a little scrappy; I didn't quite like how the bad guy blinds out, and the sword looked a little lame next to the rest of the visuals. I also had to watch it twice to realise what was going on plot-wise.

Definitely a series I'll continue watching.

Hilarious!

Very dry, satirical humour displayed in this flash. It's a perfect parody of other tutorial flashes and the Newgrounds demographic.

5/5 and 10/10 for giving me a good laugh.

Simple yet effective

That's what this flash is. There's a touch of simplicity about it, that I really love. The background is great, minimalist yet still adding depth to the flash, it's quite refreshing to see it all hand-drawn.

The animation is incredibly smooth and flows through without any problems, it's obvious you have some talent when it comes to animating!

It could be a little longer however, and it definitely feels a little raw, but then the title would suggest that should be expected. Since I can't find any real criticisms other than that, I pretty much have to give this a good score!

I lost the game.

That said, I'm not really sure what this game is all about. I can appreciate you're trying to convey a message but I need to do more than just press space twice and go right if I'm to want to see past the very basic colour scheme and visuals.

Not really much of a narrative to speak of either, so perhaps work on your story telling before trying to create a concept game.

Biased but quirky

It's quite a fun little distraction and the jovial nature of the game adds to the experience.

However the game appears to be biased; the monster always inflicts damage first. This means that regardless of stats, there are times when this advantage is unfair.

The trick for each seems to buy a large inventory and then spam the stronger items, which doesn't particularly add any strategy or challenge.

Competent, but plot is terrible.

First off: the game mechanics work well, the objective is clear and it's not too frustratingly difficult. I played to the end, so obviously there were no gameplay issues.

But...the storyline. It's one of the worst I've ever seen. There are 12-year olds posting flash on here of poorly-animated stick people shooting each other that have more believable plots than this.

1) The disguises fooled no-one. What, the boyfriend won't recognise his girlfriend because she changes her clothes? Really?

2) Would a boyfriend REALLY be so stupid he'd cheat on the girl with every girl under the sun? He even proposes. Surely one incident is proof enough, yet our 'heroine' still thinks she needs more evidence. Perhaps kissing another girl and proposing isn't enough, she has to go to the beach as well. etc etc.

3) This game just seems like a vehicle for incredibly narcisisstic and neurotic women who out of their own insecurities must resort to buying expensive outfits and blaming everything on the men in their lives whom they cannot in fact live without. The game was completely shallow and vacuous from start to finish. I found myself siding with the guy; ok he's cheating, but if his girlfriend is the type to wear different outfits to follow him around with a camera is rather disturbing.

You could make this so much better if you were a P.I. hired by other neurotic women to spy on THEIR boyfriends, rather than your own. Then an end cut scene would've been more than welcome. It seemed like all she wanted was to proove he was cheating, and yet won't do anything other than test out her camera.

Can only echo what everyone else is saying really.
It's a very relaxing song that really wouldn't sound out of place in a game like TLOZ. You seem comfortable playing the guitar and it shows.

I'd like to hear how it sounds with a better mike though.

This is, quite frankly one of the best dance tracks I've ever heard. It's just so loud!
I play it whenever there's a houseparty and it always seems to get people dancing.
