However I don't quite think Newgrounds is your demographic.

Personally, I'd prefer to makeover Jamie Spears with a baseball bat, but that option was lacking.

Whilst the 'game' mechanics work well enough, there's no originality or point to this flash. Its only purpose that I can gather is a quicker way to alter her makeup without using a program like photoshop or GIMP etc.

Deserves to pass because it all runs very smoothly and is well-presented, but this flash will ultimately be lost amongst all the other identikit dressup/makeup games that are already here.

I really can't praise this submission more; you've worked really hard on it and it's paid off.

The fluidity of the animation is superb, and the visuals are very clean and solid. I like how the controls work as well; you feel a certain sense of freedom with how you can leap anywhere in the map. The narrative was a little vague however, we don't know how William and Sly met, and how they came to be in such a strange little world.

But apart from that, this is a piece you should feel very proud of.

I really like your visual style in this, and the animation was incredibly smooth. If this is your first flash over 1 minute then your future work will be very tidy indeed.

There's room for improvement:- at times it looked a little scrappy; I didn't quite like how the bad guy blinds out, and the sword looked a little lame next to the rest of the visuals. I also had to watch it twice to realise what was going on plot-wise.

Definitely a series I'll continue watching.

Very dry, satirical humour displayed in this flash. It's a perfect parody of other tutorial flashes and the Newgrounds demographic.

The narrative is a little all over the place. From what I can gather, a random chao is being contacted by Coral via headset (or is it meant to be the other way round?), who subsequently runs into a building...then is flying...to kill a dark chao. Then it ends mid-fight.

I think you need to sit down, draw up a storyboard or at least plan out the story before you start work. It's hard to give this a higher score when the story makes no sense whatsoever.

That said, the music was fitting (well it *is* ripped straight from SA2B) and the sprites worked fine. I think visually, whilst a little bland, this piece is smooth and perfectly functional.

I really don't like flash that loop, it just seems poorly-put together. Add a replay button, but only when you finish telling the story!

I'm pig sig (swine flu joke?) of hentai flashes masquerading as quizzes to qualify for being submitted. This approach really seemed like a breath of fresh air. I'm no real fan of hentai, but this is very well put together, and the image quality was spot on.
The game mechanics worked without problems, it was easy to negotiate and join the dots take me way back to when I was a young lad and filling in book after book of the stuff. Not of this content mind. :D The music was a good choice as well.
Nicely done!

Considering it's your first go!

The interface was easy enough to pick up, there was no real trouble in navigating around the menu at all; it was all fluid and ran smoothly. Not a bad range of characters either, some of my favourite anime girls in there!

However I do have some criticism: I thought the fact that there was no music took away from the playing experience. After a while it just seemed to become too much of a chore as each day was almost exactly like the last. I think that's the trouble with a sim like this though, there's no real scope for a constructive narrative.

It's all very tidy though. I like the pictures you get for each girl and the system works. You clearly have the potential to make some good flash in the near future! Nice job. =]

Don't get discouraged, this is a tidy game. You've got the basic schematics right; I couldn't find any glitches and the character's movement was fluid enough so that the platforming element wasn't unnecessarily difficult.

There's room for improvement though. The visual are extremely ordinary, and I'm not really keen on how the characters on screen are simply blobs that glide about. I can appreciate that you're new to flash, but maybe better animation for the characters would make this game much better. Similarly, when you kill an enemy it just seems to vanish, there's no animation to suggest it's been killed.
It would also be nice to have some sort of story. Who is Dr Burnton, why is he progressing through these levels and why is he collecting yellow dots and killing grey enemies? A story would add much-needed depth to this.

I quite like the nod towards pacman and mario with the dots and blocks actually. I don't know if you really meant for that though. ;)

All in all, I like this, it actually looks like you had fun making it! If you make a better one then you'll definitely get a higher score! Nice job though, good luck with your next submission!

"Simple yet effective"

That's what this flash is. There's a touch of simplicity about it, that I really love. The background is great, minimalist yet still adding depth to the flash, it's quite refreshing to see it all hand-drawn.

The animation is incredibly smooth and flows through without any problems, it's obvious you have some talent when it comes to animating!

It could be a little longer however, and it definitely feels a little raw, but then the title would suggest that should be expected. Since I can't find any real criticisms other than that, I pretty much have to give this a good score!

I don't think I've ever been so bored watching a flash on Newgrounds than I was watching this.

Seriously, put some effort into a storyline please? There's nothing interesting happening at all. I don't know what the hell is going on with the interface, the visuals are...well bland would be an improvement. There was really dull voice acting to boot.

All in all, this just looks bad, sounds bad, and is completely bad. Improve the visuals, improve the character, add some liveliness into the thing, it really was incredibly dull!
